RELEVANT EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
 Mr. Ward has 39 years of experience in the civil engineering fields of Hydrology, Hydraulic Design, River Mechanics, Sedimentation Engineering, and Coastal Engineering. Twenty-six years were spent with the U. S. Army Corps of Engineers, Mobile District. This experience has covered all aspects of civil engineering with specific emphasis in the fields of hydrology and hydraulics to include the complete design of major water resource projects. As Chief, Coastal Engineering & Hydraulic Design, he personally supervised all of the Mobile District's Coastal and Inland Hydraulics related designs. Mr. Ward has been responsible for large disaster recovery operations such as acting in direct support of FEMA for the Corps of Engineers, during Disaster Response and Recovery from Tropical Storm Alberto in Florida. Further, he has been in command of several US Navy combat-construction commands with manpower levels up to approximately 3000 personnel. For the last 11 years he has been the President/Owner of his independent consulting business, Water Engineering.
